Membership Sign-up Form

This is the page for filling in the membership sign-up form at the bottom of this page.

When filling out the information form at the bottom of this page, please keep the following in mind:

1.  In the interest of keeping accurate membership records, it's essential that you join only once per membership duration.

2.  To join our website, you must be all of the following: 1) an American citizen according to U.S. law, 2) at least 18 years of age, and 3) either currently registered to vote in the U.S. or eligible by law to vote in the U.S. if not currently registered to vote.  If you do not meet all of these qualifications, please do not join this website or the count of members will not accurately represent eligible voting-age U.S. citizens.

3. Your e-mail address is your "user id" to log in to the members section.  Please be very careful that your "Primary E-mail Address" is perfectly accurate.  This is a one-time chance to get it right.  If it's wrong, you won't be able to log in to the members section of our website.  There is also nothing we can do to fix the problem if you join and pay for a membership with the wrong e-mail address, as we can't be deleting/changing membership information simply on someone's say so.  So please double and triple check your e-mail address entered to be sure it's accurate.

4. If you wish to be anonymous, please feel free to enter a fictitious name and street/mailing address.  But please always enter your correct city, state, and ZIP code, as there will be membership demographic reporting presented in the members area that will be important to elected officials and candidates for office in determining their need to be vocally supportive of our alliance.  If you are currently living outside the U.S., enter either your last resided city, state, and ZIP or your desired future city, state and ZIP when you return, whichever you wish.  Always leave "United States" in the country field.

5. If you wish to be an affiliate of this website and sponsor obtaining members to receive a commission for doing so, please do not enter anonymous fictitious information for your name and street/mailing address (however, if you initially do choose to enter fictitious information for these fields of information at this time you will still be able to change this information later once you're logged in to the members area).

6. If you wish to become an affiliate of this website and sponsor obtaining members to receive a commission for doing so, you will need to have a PayPal account to receive commissions.  You may create a PayPal account at their website.  The instructions for becoming an affiliate are presented in the members section.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to sign up for membership if you are paying by credit/debit card -- you can create your PayPal account after you've become a member if you additionally wish to become an affiliate of our website.

7. For the "County / State" field, don't enter the county, just enter the standard two-character U.S. state code (ex. NY for New York, TX for Texas, etc.).  In time we will present a drop-down state selection option of the correct state codes.

8. Please accurately enter your age (in whole years) and your date of birth in YYYYMMDD format.  This is your statement attesting to the fact that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Create and enter a password and keep it confidential.

The specific detail information you provide on this form is not designed or planned to be shared to identify you with any other person or entity other than with our membership and affiliate commissions processing company (currently PayPal) and only as necessary to process the membership and commissions.

When you are sent to the PayPal page to pay your membership fee, you will be able to choose whether you're paying by credit/debit card or via your PayPal account.  The information you enter there about yourself and your credit/debit card or your PayPal account will not be shared with the Powerful American Political Alliance website or its owners/administrators.

If you are paying by credit/debit card at PayPal, then once you enter all required information into PayPal's payment screen it will take you to another screen where you can either choose to sign up for a PayPal account at that time or not.  If you choose not to sign up for a PayPal account, click on "not now" and your payment will still be processed and you'll be taken to our sign on screen.

Regardless of how you pay at PayPal, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming the transaction if you entered/have on file your e-mail address with PayPal.

Now please complete the following membership sign-up form to create your membership account to the Powerful American Political Alliance website and click on "Continue" at the bottom of the form (but don't click on "Sign In" as you are not yet a member).  You'll then be taken to PayPal to pay for your membership, after which you'll be returned to our website where you can log in at the Members page:
